Broadway Fantasy Camp is geared to adults of all ages and levels of experience. No matter which session(s) you choose, you’ll be immersed in the world of performing and creating live theatre, working closely with theatre luminaries.
Sing And Dance With New York Pros
At Broadway Fantasy Camp, you’ll rehearse in the same studios that Broadway shows and National Touring Companies rehearse in. You’ll meet Tony® Award winning performers, and hear their stories. You’ll meet directors, choreographers, writers, composers, lyricists, producers, musical directors, orchestrators, dance arrangers of some of Broadway’s biggest hits.
The Creative Process
Select Some Enchanted Evening with Rodgers and Hammerstein, Irving Berlin’s Puttin’ on the Ritz, or The Razzle Dazzle of Kander & Ebb to be immersed in the wonder of Broadway. At Broadway Fantasy Camp your experience will be perfectly suited to your level and desired participation. Perhaps behind the scenes is your preference. If so, work with us as an assistant to our Director, Choreographer, Musical Director, or Stage Manager.
This may be your first time in a rehearsal since you were a kid or you may have lots of theatre credits under your belt. Either way, our staff of professional theatre artists is here to make your experience memorable. The environment is safe and nurturing. Our counselors value working with enthusiastic theatre-lovers, no matter what individual skills you have. Singing auditions will be with the Musical Director, and our Choreographer will instruct you in a dance combination that will be fun and easy for everyone to enjoy – even if you think you have two left feet!
